Haibike AllMtn 10 Flyon

The XDURO AllMtn 10 combines design, integration, performance and digitalization in one eMTB, with the new FLYON Haibike ePerformance System. Its 29” front wheel offers precision and comfortable rolling behaviour, while the 27.5” plus-size rear wheel gives the 120Nm motor perfect traction to master even the steepest climbs. The newly adapted geometry combined with 150mm DT Swiss suspension, fully integrated 630Wh FLYON battery and 12-speed Sram XX1 Eagle gear combination, have been designed specifically to conquer all trails - uphill and down - with ease.

Flyon HPR120s - Next generation ePerformance

Conquer nature with next-generation performance of Haibike FLYON. Combining innovation, intuition and intelligent design, this ePerformance system sets new standards in electric mountain bike engineering.

Conquer steep ascents, “fly” over trails, explore new frontiers and extend them: An extra strong power package — Made in Germany — ensures the necessary power when you need it, with perfect modulation possible through the five custom assist modes. Together with the technology supplier TQ, they have developed a dynamic eMTB motor that is the most powerful mid-drive motor on the market at the moment providing up to 120 Nm torque. Thanks to its patented transmission the motor offers extreme power and efficiency in a compact package.

Flyon Display

The Haibike HMI & System Control is
a transflective colour display centrally positioned above the stem that is easy to read in every situation. Current
riding data and system information are displayed on five changeable screens. It is also possible to display and analyse training-relevant data such as pulse measurement, cadence or calorie consumption.

The colour scheme of the information displayed adapts to the currently selected assistance level.

Flyon Remote

For the control interface between rider and system, they have developed a remote that can be operated intuitively, which follows the compact Flyon design language and provides perfect ergonomics. The mode switch is assembled below the handlebar and can be reached via the thumb even during the ride, not only the mode serves as feedback, but also a clearly visible led strap on the remote which changes colour depending on the level of assistance.

Power Pack

Together with the technology partner BMZ they developed a 48 Volt battery with an extremely high energy density and 630 Wh capacity. On the inside the battery connects via magnet to the system inside the frame and can be secured against theft by a lock developed in collaboration with ABUS. The battery level can be checked via touch sensor. The waterproof battery can be charged via a 4 amp charger either directly through the bike, or separately when removed.
